Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect to run the schedule, your favourites, and live match chat.
Last updated: October 2026
Data we collect
We collect information needed to run accounts, favourites, live match chat, and reliability. This includes data you provide and limited technical metadata from your device.
- Account details: email address, display name, username, bio, avatar, and profile preferences, used so people in a match chat can see who is talking.
- Place and company: city, country, and company when you add them. City and company can also choose which live match chat you join.
- Favourites: matches you save, tied to a device install id so the list stays on that device, plus reminder preferences.
- Live match chat: messages and reactions you send, which room you join (everyone on the match, a city, a company, or a private group), membership, mute settings, and invite links you use.
- Safety reports: when you report a post, chat message, or profile, we store the report, the content identifier, and any reason you provide so we can review it.
- Device and diagnostics: app version, OS version, crash and performance logs (for example via Sentry when enabled), and push or Live Activity tokens when you allow alerts.
- Sign-in providers: Apple or Google account identifiers needed to authenticate you.
Schedule
The schedule shows upcoming and live fixtures from sports data providers. You can browse it without saving a personal history of every match you open. Scores and start times can be delayed or incomplete because they come from those providers.
Favourites
When you favourite a match, we store that choice with a device install identifier so your list is still there when you come back. If you allow notifications, we store a push token — and, where the device supports it, a Live Activity token — so we can send reminders and score alerts for those matches.
Live match chatting
Messages, reactions, and who is in the chat are stored so the conversation can be delivered and moderated. A chat may be open to everyone watching that match, limited to a city or company, or limited to a private group. Other people in that chat can see your messages and the name and avatar on your profile. Do not share sensitive personal information in chat. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate our terms.
How we use data
We use your information to operate ScorOne — including the schedule, favourites, live match chat, notifications, accounts, support requests, and product reliability. We do not sell your personal information.
Third parties
We rely on service providers such as Supabase (auth and database), Apple and Google (sign-in), sports data providers, push notification services, and error-monitoring tools when configured. They process data only as needed to provide those services.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your account in Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. Deletion deactivates your profile and removes your ability to sign in. Some records, including chat messages needed for abuse prevention, may be retained where required for security or legal obligations. Favourites stored only on a device install id are removed when that install data is cleared or the app data is deleted.
Your rights
You can update your profile, manage notification preferences, and delete your account anytime in Settings.
Cookies & tracking
We use essential tokens to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
