Delete your account

You can permanently delete your ScorOne account and personal data from the app, or request deletion by email if you cannot open the app.

Delete in the app

  1. Open ScorOne and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm deletion.

This permanently deletes your sign-in and personal data, including your profile, posts, and photos. Messages you sent are erased. This cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot use the in-app flow, email privacy@scor.one from the address on your account. Include your username if you remember it. We will verify ownership and delete the account.

What we keep

Some records needed for security, abuse prevention, or legal obligations may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy. Favourites stored only on a device are removed when that install’s app data is cleared.
